So What's So Delicious About Forums?

Alright guys, you were probably looking at my last post like, what's so appealing (I used the word delicious) about forums. Well, the thing is it's free advertising -- and you gotta love that! Everyone needs a medium to advertise their products, that's the only way you ever get sales and more sales means more money. This is a big reason why social networking sites like twitter, youtube and facebook are so huge. They are not only fun, but offer an excellent jumping off point for your business. If you know how to "socialize" within these social media sites that means big money, particularly when you're selling a quality product!

Now, down to business: Forums. Forums are one of the most underappreciated and lucrative social branches out there. It's a great forum (pun and redundancy intended) for you to meet people, learn about a particular topic and sell your product all at once! But be forwarned of this: never advertise. Now you may say I'm contradicting myself here won't you? Hmmmm? I know that's what you're thinking! I'm really not. No one -- and I mean no one likes a greasy sales person. This is the prime reason why car salesmen get a bad rep.

When you're working -- and yes I did say working because that's exactly what you'll be doing to promote your product online -- within a forum you'll simply want to help people. Be their guide, engage in small talk, banter back and forth with different people as much as you possibly can. Your aim is to build up a report with people so that they'll essentially like you and will listen to what you have to say. And what's not to like right? You're wonderful! At least, I imagine you are if you're cool enough to check out Sweetmoneypie. Was that a bit conceited? Hmmm, nah just confident -- but I digress! The forum you speak to people on should have something to do with the product you're promoting. That's huge, you wouldn't promote a product on weight loss and be in a forum on how to make money online. Your forum must always match your product so if you're selling a product on how to lose weight, you'll want to sign up for and post in a forum that's all about weight loss. Clear? Clear.

Now, about this just establishing report and not advertising thing.... Do that! By speaking to and helping people within the forum you will be promoting! Why and how you ask? It's all in your signature. Every single post, even if it's one word, will have your signature box attached to it. In that box you will have planted your tagline for the product you're promoting like: "Want to know how average Joes make $5,000 risidual income each month? Click here." Simple as that. Now every time you help someone that promo will be attached to your message. The result? Whoever you just helped or reads that post will say: "Hey! That was sweet! A good bit of info! Let me check out what this person's all about!" (maybe not so enthusiastically) and they'll click on the link in your signature box which leads to the product you're promoting. Easy as pie! Alright guys, if you want to sell a product but don't have one to sell, here's one that I'm giving to you: http://www.teamworkrevolution.com/id/kaching It's completely free, no strings attached and the best part is, when you sell it to people, they'll 'buy' it for free. Sound hoaky? It's totally legal and no, it not a hoax. It's called the Spiderweb marketing system and works through social networking sites just like myspace and facebook only you get paid for using it. Check it out and leave a comment on my vid below or on this blog if you have any questions!
